Making .ZIP files
When uploading files, they must be in .ZIP format. This is mainly to reduce file sizes. The following explains how to
create .ZIP files
Windows XP Users: Windows has inbuilt features for making .ZIP files. Whilst viewing your file in windows
explorer, right click the file you wish to place in a .ZIP file, go to "Send To" and select "Compressed (zipped) Folder"
from the drop down list. If you wish to place multiple files in a .ZIP file, such as your item and a readme file, you can
either select multiple files before right clicking or perform the same action on a folder.
Other Windows Versions: For other Windows versions, you will need to download tool that can make .ZIP files. Both
WinRAR and WinZIP can do this. You can download
a trial version from both websites, although trial periods may apply. Please see the individual products own documentation
for operation instructions.
Unzipping .ZIP files
Once downloaded, the files must be unzipped so that they can be placed in your Locomotion folder and will be useable in-game.
Windows XP Users: Windows has inbuilt features for unzipping .ZIP files. Whilst viewing the .ZIP file in windows
explorer, right click the file and select "Extract All" from the menu. You will then be given a set of screens you can use
to extract the files.
Other Windows Versions: For other Windows versions, you will need to download tool that can unzip .ZIP files. Both
WinRAR and WinZIP can do this. You can download
